OC is a multinational software consulting company. They got a feedback from their customers that their security had needed fixing to avoid failing customer audit specially in view of changed working environment due to COVID-19.


Frictionless Security was brought in to review their security stance and suggest them the gaps and future road map to enhance their security. 
 

FS reviewed their security stance with a top-down risk-based approach to design a security hardening roadmap. 

FS proposed a roadmap  without ripping and replacing their existing investment in security. The roadmap is designed to handle the information security holistically  taking care of the linkages of security department with HR, Legal, Marketing and Sales.   
 

The design envisages increased level of trust that current market demands. OC sees it as a critical input to their future sales to larger companies including those servicing Federal and State governments. 


Opplane​

Helped Opplane meet the criteria to go through the third-party risk mitigation process of a large, international bank and got the approval for Opplane to become their Fintech vendor. This rigorous and in-depth process required setting up a security risk identification and mitigation practice and answering a large set of questions based on CIS and CSA questionnaires. Currently, Frictionless Security is retained by Opplane to provide oversight of their ISO 2700 and SOC2 certification process.
